Jim Irsay released Peyton in a cost cutting move to save the 28 million owed to Manning on Thursday if still on Colts roster. Only time will tell how long it affects the Colts team to come back to National relevance after the release of Peyton Manning. If Peyton is healthy enough to suit up for an NFL Team next year he will beat the Colts in the game with his new team. Sad to see Peyton having to leave on the injury to his neck from the team, fans and city he loves dearly.It goes to show you that no matter who you are in sports you can and will be released when you no longer can produce for the team at the present moment in time.

How our government works:
1) Get a position in the government.
2) Hype up some scare and advocate a solution to it
3) Sell/convince the government on your proposed solution, leave your government position, and partner up with the company that provides that same solution.
4) Sit back and enjoy your new money.
Michael Chertoff, while he was the Head of Homeland Security under Bush, advocated and pushed for installation and implementation of these new full-body scanners at our airports. Once he was out of "public service", Chertoff's consulting company (Read: Lobbying Company) landed as a client (Surprise!), Rapiscan, the company that makes the scanners. He is now a much richer person, I'm sure. There are multiple links to info about Chertoff and the scanner company. Below is a bit from rightpundits:
And finally, like most government scandals, follow the money. Guess which company owns a large manufacturer of backscatter x-ray devices? Give up? The Chertoff Group which is a security consulting agency run by former Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff. That’s right, in the wake of the Christmas Day bomber Chertoff has been pushing for more and more of these full body image scanners and it’s no wonder considering that this is going to put a large chunk of money in his pocket. Go figure!

Since the attempted bombing of a US airliner on Christmas Day, former Homeland Security secretary Michael Chertoff has given dozens of media interviews touting the need for the federal government to buy more full-body scanners for airports.
What he has made little mention of is that the Chertoff Group, his security consulting agency, includes a client that manufactures the machines…
And what's this about a no-bid contract using money from the Stimulus Bill?
In the summer, TSA purchased 150 more machines from Rapiscan with $25 million in American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds. Rapiscan was the only company that qualified for the contract because it had developed technology that performs the screening using a less-graphic body imaging system, which is also less controversial. (Since then, another company, L-3 Communications, has qualified for future contracts, but no new contracts have been awarded.)
It also turns out that none other than George Soros himself is profiting from the Nude Scanners. And the CEO of the company that owns Rapiscan, OSI, was "selected to accompany" President Obama on his trip to India last week (insert Nude Scanner Tech-Support outsourcing joke here).

TSA BACKLASH OR STAND AGAINST THE PUBLIC
The TSA transportation dispute is growing in opposition from the American public. The right to privacy is in question. The TSA ADMINISTRATION says it is a privilege and not a right. Is that so! The American people do not have the same belief. The thanksgiving Holiday is coming upon us soon. Some advocate groups are suggesting refusing to be scanned by the radio imaging machines and requesting the slower pat down method. The new pat down method is more of a groping and molestation of people’s space and body. One congressman stated that he would not want his wife to be touched like that. No man wants another man to touch his wife the way the new pat down requires TSA agents to touch people. Even with the men TSA agents touching the men and women TSA agents touching the women in public it still is inappropriate. Is the government promoting Homosexual acts. What is down right ashamed is they are doing this new pat down to little children. Now we no a while back(insert date) how the TSA was found out to have been hiring criminals. So who is to say now that sexual predators are not amongst the employed staff. Don’t you know that they would jump at the chance to Pat Down or be the TSA agent behind the wall looking at the full body scan or images of the people going through the machine. Should this be an urgent concern for the American ???? YES!!!!YES!!!!YES!!! IF we don’t speak up now their is no telling where these machines will pop up? IN the Malls, at Sporting Events, Hospitals, Police Station, On the highways in rest stop, etc…. Now we have not even started to talk about the radiation that is transmitted through the body when you are sent through the RIM machines. Which the radiation builds up over time each use through the RIM machines and has been documented to cause cancer. So now the TSA and Government is helping to build up toxins in the American public by promoting and moving forward by putting their stamp of approval in standing behind these machines. So in the next post I will research and find out who owns these machines and see if that has some reason behind the Government push. If all else fails follow the money.
